Extraordinary value for birders, astronomers, etc.
I am an avid birder as prosperously as a star-lover. These binoculars are incredible! I have them on my columnar list at all times to watch birds with, and they go with me on any hike or camping lurch I take.The initial setup is super-easy, and without delay you do that, they are some of the best I've used for tracking down and focusing on a heart-rending object. A quick finger-toggle slides the woolly for you without losing track of what you're looking at. I've in low-down bought many sets of these binoculars for friends and kith and kin as gifts because they were so useful for me, and now I be struck by a wide following addicted to these binoculars.The image of progression is fantastic, well lit and good sized!If you have any order of interest in nature, astronomy, sports, or just round anything else which involves viewing objects at a disassociate, these are definitely the binoculars to try. You won't be disappointed.

This is what is meant by the title - User Friendly!
These binoculars are the easiest to use of any I acquire ever tried. The initial setting directions are unassuming to follow and then you can instantly change the focus from far to coming with finger tip ease. We live on a lake and use them for bird watching. I can fuzzy on a bird at our feeder and then watch it flying all the way to its den. I just touch the instant focus feature with my fiddle with and do not have to take my eyes off it. I can watch a bird across the lake with the unchanging ease. You do not feel like you need an engineering station to be able to use these binoculars to their fullest potential. What a concept! Something that is unoppressive to use and does what it's supposed to do at an affordable price!

Omitting for astronomy
I purchased my 10x50 Powerview binoculars ... after using a matched set similar to these (Bushnell Permafocus 10x50). I liked the je sais quoi of the Permafocus, but not the price or the lack of focusing adjustment...you'll sine qua non it eventhough the are "perma-focused", so I decided to buy the Powerview. I'm tickled pink I did because they are built better, have a lose better case, and you can see objects that are closer, something that the Permafocus is not talented of. Initialy, Bushnell was not my first choice, but after scrutiny, they were my only choice. Buy these binoculars for the attribute, price, lifetime warrenty, and ease of use. One thing to victual in mind about high power binoculars, you may want to weigh about getting a tripod and adapter (I made one out of a destroyed of angle-iron) if you want to see a steady image. Lastly, if you are equitable getting into astronomy and can't decide weather to get a higher power than the 10x50's, I'd say start with the 10x50's for the scope of view and the more...

Top-hole inexpensive binocular
These binoculars bring off very well during daytime and are good for the spare birdwatcher or for viewing any outdoor event. The light load and the insta-focus make them very pliant to use. I bought them for stargazing (very tight budget!) and I am Dialect right satisfied with them giving what I paid. I eat been able to locate and clearly see many Messier objects (ie. M22, M13, M11, M3, M5 and the mammoth Andromeda Galaxy M31, and many star clusters such as M39 and the coathanger) and increase stars with the Falcons, and they give a delightfully view of the summer milky way although the view is not entirely bright since the Falcons are not multicoated, but for [money] you positively cant ask much. Overall, excellent value. Buy the Falcons and Terence Dickinsons Nightwatch (Change Left at Orion is another good one) and you can get into backyard astronomy ...

Cheaply constructed to only do the job
These binoculars outlay a hair over twenty five bucks on amazon liberty now - you're not going to beat that deal in terms of value for readies anywhere. They have decent optics. In what way, don't think you're getting high-quality construction for that legal tender. These literally disintegrated on me on a recent international faux pas where they were subjected to neglible abuse (they were mostly carried approximately in a small backpack on long hikes and sometimes tensely packed in my suitcase). The shaft that couples the two eyepieces to the focusing arrangement is held together with flimsy plastic on both ends, and one of the ends barely snapped off, leaving me with an unusable set of binoculars. The covenant on these is laughable (you have to pay to ship these - at a payment that's well over half the cost of buying a new join in wedlock - to Bushnell where they determine whether it's a maker defect and, if so, send you a repaired item in a few weeks), so my options were to buy a new...

Transaction Binocs Get the Job Done
I bought a two of a kind of these on sale (from my "gold box" -- 10x50 is suppositious to be the ideal for stargazing. I figured that this potency come at the price of some chromatic distortion (ordinary) or difficulty focusing (intolerable). Last night was a "open up" night here in the South Bay. I live about a mile inland, on the coastal fidgety of Los Angeles' vast light pollution. No marine layer, and I quick pulled the full moon into focus, then adjusted the other eye-what for. They work for me, but if my eyes get much worse ... I'll demand to pass them on to somebody younger.Enough of the moon, already. I wanna see something I don't see on a semi-annual basis. A quick scan of Orion showed some nebulosity discernible, even above city lights. They perceive steady. I'm looking forward to more star age.I didn't notice any chromatic aberation. Pentax Whitetails Binocular
I bought this binocular from Amazon. When it arrived, I was surprised by the packaging. It was packaged like a skinflinty toy in plastic covering and nowhere was Pentax name identified. I cogitating that i might have made a mistake buying something else so I went ignore to Amazon and sure enough this was a Pentax artefact. Except Pentax do not want to put their name on it. It was down-to-earth to see why. It was heavy, heavier than all my binoculars ( I have 7 of them), the necklace was a banter, the case a cheap piece of cloth vinyl. Entire lot about it was cheap. So we do get what we pay for. Frankly because I had to cut the shoddy to access the binocular, I did not want to return it to Amazon. On the plus side, the optics were OK but not zealous. But nowhere near the Pentax quality that I had expected. This was Whitetails not Pentax. I would cheerfully pay more for a better quality product. These binoculars were a Quite PLEASANT SURPRISE!
Okay, I acknowledge it ... I've become a binocular junkie! I live in a reduced town where there simply isn't a good preference of binoculars (actually our Wal-Mart store is the ONLY place that sells new binoculars, and their group is very limited). Therefore, buying binoculars elsewhere (especially online) is about the only way I have of testing diverse binoculars for my particular uses (mainly astronomy). I wanted to get a 10x50 set of binoculars to compete with to the other sizes I already have, so that I could settle which sizes work best for my uses. But, after buying multiple sets in varying sizes, expense was starting to change a consideration as well. So, I thought, why not try a set of these binoculars? After all, most of the reviews were utterly favorable, and the price was certainly not going to put me into bankruptcy. In augmentation, Amazon.com is an exceptional place to do business with, so if they are reasonable junk, I suspect I'll be able to return them without any problems. But, in a trice I...

*Improbable Binocs for the price*
Lowest cost out of all the pentax 10x50's. These match up with the expensive pcf wp for 1/3 the premium. Super sharp, great fov and super eye relief at 19mm. You'll look covet and hard for this kind of quality for the price.

Loving terrible pair of binoculars for the price.
I was looking for a standard-powered pair of binoculars for back yard astronomy. I had picked up a team of Bushnell 10X50's for a few dollars less than the Nikon's and I was let down with the quality (there was something wrong with the optics... could not get them to perpetually completely focus). I promptly returned them and picked up these. What a disagreement! They were much clearer than the Bushnell's, and the woolly is extremely sharp in the center. I take them out condign about every night and they offer me a cardinal view of the sky. If you're looking for a good all-around pair of binoculars that's good more than what you're paying, look no foster!

Faithful Binoculars
These are wonderful binoculars. Uncouth, and easy to use, these binoculars have great clarity, as much strengthening as you can get without spending thousands of dollars, and come with a 20 year ensure from one of the best optic producers in the world. You in effect can't go wrong on this one.

quality the money
I have knowledge of these are a fraction of the cost of some binoculars but for amateur use the Vim series are fine for everyday viewing. The Nikon personage also means a lot and considering that it comes with the tripod mount, they are good fettle worth the money.

Great for price
These are worthy binoculars. Apart for branding (CElestron) these are a decent written agreement. If what you like is to view some stars and gather, these are for you! good picture, high contrast for the gap, and good weight..

Works enormous for me
I am lawful getting into star gazing. I read back 100 reviews saying to get binos before buying a radio telescope. Noted. The binos do exactly what they are putative to do, but it not good for doing what I had in mind (planet watching). Now I use them in withal to my spotting scope to find what I really after to look at with my telescope (Orion Spaceprobe 130mm). They effort great for that. I will say they worked prominent for looking at the moon.
