35mm Toy Camera?

I paramour the high saturated/high contrast look that a lot of Lomo cameras oblige, but they're way too expensive imo. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

Eg. the Yashica MF-1 with built in ostentatious - very fine camera, easy to use and goes dead tuppence.
Olympus XA, XA2, XA3 - moderate prizes (cheaper than a lomo) save lenses, flash mounts on the side. Very matter-of-fact. What a Lomo should

Freaky Fun
This is a cool as well to your camera bag, it is a cooky cool way to create "Art"! 8 negligible shots, you'll need to pay for the largest size prints allowed by your budget though to get the chock-full 8 piccie effect, on each frame. As with all Lomo any way you look at it become operative cameras the colours are skewed, the pictures are not bitingly vertical (getting a high res 35mm film helps though), and the effects are least much hit and miss, but the hits are superbly bizarre. Before you can say 'Jack Robinson' you see the effect you'll be hooked, it is really a basic wind, hint and click, hear the classic "whirrrrrrrrrzzzzzzzzclick" sound and you are done! It works pre-eminent with a moving subject, crowd scenes, pets, kids, etc.... I took some shots at a hippy shop in Totnes, UK and the results were great! Really odd and strangely unwordly. I took some honestly shots with a Nikon D70 too and although these were enchanting, the Lomo brought out the spaced outedness of the scenes, the colours and signal are pure Lomo. I love it and so will you too, for...

In reality fun and different
I've had this camera for thither 3 months and I think it's very unique and is definitely merit trying out. The only thing that I can think of that is a loss is that it doesn't have a flash- you must subtract all pictures in sunlight or they don't turn out. It's really fun to tackle entertain pictures of things like birds or cars on the highway because you get a line different image in each of the eight images. I would advisable it for anyone into art.

If you use it fount...
I obligation admit I was apprehensive to purchace the product after some of the reviews of the OKTOMAT, but I prepare learned that it is an extrememly sturdy product. If hand-me-down correctly, the OKTOMAT will not break. It is an incredible by-product and the images it produces range from awesome to so-so. Experimentation is key. It is troubling to get a bad picture from the OKTOMAT. I do suggest signing up with the Supranational Lomographic Society once your camera arrives. It is a tremendous place to store and share your pictures. The OKTOMAT as a usually is a great product that can make anybody a photographer.

You get what you pay for
This camera is deeply inexpensive, and has fun functions. However, it is cheaply made (as one expects for the consequence). I did not even make it through one roll of film in advance of the shutter button stopped funtioning properly, the flick advance wheel stopped working all together. I took it not counting and tried to suss out the problem. I thought I had fixed it, but i ran into the constant issues in the second roll of film. So, really, it was a finish waste of money, which is too bad because I love toy cameras, and the funtion of split-and-fuse-images is such a fun idea.

The Color of the Camera Looks Tell the world Painted on......
This is a for twopence and fun little 35mm film camera (without a flash) with the talents to do split- and double-exposures. Seriously though, the color of the camera looks landholding painted on. Kind of scared to think of the chemicals in the cheap and paint, especially as this is listed on Amazon as a toy, for this sensible I would not recommend it for children.

Fruitful toy you won't mind taking into the field
This itty-bitty field microscope is a good bargain. Powerful passably to see details that can't be observed with the naked eye, empty-headed enough to take everywhere - maybe even backpacking, if you fist the batteries out. Plus, it's cheap enough that you won't disquiet about taking it into the field.Although toy-blue blood, the microscope is easily strong enough to use in plant and mineral connection. I have not tried mushroom spores, nor have I start a good way to use it for observing pond life. I would take off the batteries and bulb before attempting the latter! The eyepiece is small, so you won't be taking decent photographs of anything with this microscope. Regardless how, the view through it is actually quite good. To discharge you an idea of the actual magnification of this thing (since other reviewers keep said it's not 100x): At maximum magnification, something of concerning a millimeter in size will fill your division of view. The cells in the stem of a plant are easy to see, but the...

Pronounced idea
This has evolve into one of the highlights for people coming over to my apartment and hanging out. I disallow it out on the coffee table and inevitably during the night someone picks it up and starts checking the total within reach using it.It gives you a view you don't get to see normally without any fluster, just turn the knob to focus or zoom. It works hearty on nearly everything short of glossy objects and spirited white objects. For the price, this is a great toy for the prying.

Surely useful "toy"
I concur with previous reviewer that this is more of a toy than a mechanism. It is very small (about 3" tall) and without difficulty portable. I found the product to be sturdy and well built. Controls are not smooth-shaven and it does feel cheap. The item we received has a grudging pieace of stray material on the inside of the scope toward the rim of the lens. While it doesn't obstruct the main think of of the subject, its presence is annoying. It takes 2 AAA batteries (not supplied). There is a divert on the back to turn the light on and off. The light is bright and illuminates the dominate very well. Overall, the product met my expectation and my kith and kin likes the product.

Horrifying little scope
I'm a biologist and I bought a join of these to take outside and look at certain parts of plants. I didn't after to spend a lot of money on something that I'd probably end up breaking or losing. So far I'm glad with my choice. The scope is TINY. Smaller than I was pregnant, but in a good way. The magnification is nowhere near 45x, probably closer to 20x. That being said, it provides all the glorification I need and the LED light is extremely useful. Durability-insightful, it feels a bit flimsy (made of plastic, not metal, made in China) but it's held up to a team a few weeks sharing a pocket with a camera and cellphone.Whole, this is a small, cheap scope. It's definitely importance the money, especially if you're like me and tend to lose and educate things.

Pleasantly surprised
Settled the very low price of this 'scope I must say I'm pleasantly surprised! The SE Mini is certainly, very compact yet clear and powerful. In a lot of ways this is easier to use and more basic than my 10X Belomo loupe that cost as good as ten times as much. Much of this has to do with the really powerful LED illuminators; what a great feature. Strong light, focused on the precise spot you need it. Okay, this 'span isn't perfect- for $5 how could it be? I would like to see a inconsequential better switch for the light. As it is it sometimes takes a bit of wiggling of the alteration to get it to work. I would gladly pay $20 for an identically-designed but more strong version of the SE Mini. For the price it's hard to fault. One irreversible comment: I have no idea how close this comes to 45x amplification. My feeling is that it's maybe half that, possibly slightly less. It seems that the manufacturers of tacky 'scopes and loupes simply pick a number out of the air. Again, not a big exit for the...

Half honourable, half bad
Within the at the start day of use, the battery cap popped off. It is a screw on and it was as if the threads are too far apart and do not comprehend on the inner threads. I can tape it into place if I prerequisite to use the light. No idea if this was a manufacturing defect or a tough nut to crack with every product. If you don't need the light, the current microscope part is easy to look through and gives intimate magnification. I can inspect individual specs of pollen on plants and utterly see their shape. The battery cap problem drove me sufficiently nuts so that after a week I barely threw it in a drawer with the batteries and use it only where there is incandescent light. It is made from silver plastic. Not metal. Do not wait for scientific quality.
