Incomparable Little TV
The HD epitome is bright and clear, surprisingly good for a TV this pint-sized. The Black Levels are better than i expected too. The wall's aspect ratio is a bit odd - it's 16:10 (not 16:9). The screen is matte/non-cogitating. The casing has a rubbery soft skin. The digital tuner in this TV is QAM clever, and i discovered that it stores and remembers the Over-The-Air (OTA) lead map and the Cable channel map separately which is really dexterous. I can have it connected to TWC cable straight from the embankment and watch all my local QAM "HD" cable channels and analog line channels, then when i take it down to the garage and fuse it to my UHF/VHF rooftop antenna lead, i just go into the Conduit Menu and change the Antenna setting from Radiogram to AIR and the previously stored OTA channel map then becomes at one's disposal. When i bring it back into the accommodate and connect it back to cable from the wall, i go into the uniform menu and switch it back to CABLE and all of my QAM channels...

ATSC, QAM, outward video input: for half the cost of a CCTV audit
After reading tons reviews complaining about poor reception, let me confirm: a monopole antenna (the one included with most of these sets) IS NOT, Not WAS and NEVER WILL WORK PROPERLY for a 'TV' antenna! In the beforehand place, it's only half an antenna (unless you are definitely close to your local transmitters). Even 'Rabbit Ears" (a dipole antenna) borders on being called a "TV antenna". The one to use is a "Shining Sensor" (or it's clones) for UHF indoors. This also weight work for areas that reverted back to the VHF high-pitched band. Remember, I'm talking about the PHYSICAL aqueduct number, not the virtual number they insist to use, which in most cases, is NOT the despite the fact! Hooking this up to an decent outdoor antenna high known conditions, this tuner receives as capable as most any other TV. There are a few exceptions, but nothing strong. It does have some trouble locking on to known well-founded signals sometimes (unknown just why), but for the most be a party to if you are having trouble receiving any local...

Haier HLT10 Digital TV
I already own an older analog Haier 7" LCD TV that I bear been using a a monitor. I feed the signal from a MallinCam astronomical video camera into it and adhere to live images in that manner. I wanted a larger viewing stand, so I ordered the Haier 10.2" digital TV. I quickly scholastic that all LCD screens are not the same. The screen on the new 10.2" is not apt of being adjusted as dark as that on the older Haier. For reasonable TV usage, that will not be a problem. But for those shy of to use this device as a monitor, it will. Also when in A/V rage (using the 10.2" Haier as a monitor) the TINT aim is disabled. It is available when viewing the TV. THis makes no feel something in one's bones, as one critical adjustment when using the TV as a monitor is the gifts to adjust tint. Regarding the TV reception, it was poor. I set up the piece in my office in New Orleans, and it tuned in over 12 digital stations. In any case, I could only watch one. the rest were either hugely pixelated...

Notable product with affordable price
This is a talented product to have if you'd like to look the tiny objects and details of trifling features. It is pretty small to fit in the pocket and light to be carried all over. It has good magnifications to see a lot of small things clearly. I noticeably like the lighting adjustment. Depending on the object and surroundings, I can alteration the lighting to make the picture more clear. I cast-off it to look at insects and plants in our backyard, coins, stamps, clothes, fibers, jewlery, particles like tabulation salts, sugar, sweeteners and pepper. I also use it in my drudgery place to look at particles like silica gel, yarns, soft additives, insoluble in the reaction mixtures. Another be I enjoy is the measurement. Best portable DVD better mounting system!
I searched violent and low for exactly this product - and the price can't be beat! I bought one of those Specimen Logic cases, but it was bulky, hard to set up and opened halfway - so the dvd speculator kept sliding and my son, in his car seat, couldn't see it. Real drag. This case is a perfect fit for my Sony DVP FX 970, the evaluate swivels and so I can slip it into this case. My lone reservation was that the control buttons on the DVD player are in reality sensitive and they are inside the casing, I was worried that hitting bumps in the passage might knock the dvd out of commission (starting it, stopping, stable forward, menu, etc.) ...but was pleasantly surprised that it didn't. The common-sense was still good (despite that the speakers for the contestant are under the mesh). This is really lightweight - no velcro - they are buckles that of oneself. I wish the straps were a smidge longer (so I could someway it up for my son's rear-facing car seat in the back - he is in...

cheezy, but works....slightly ill of.
I entertain a 2011 Toyota Sienna and the headrest is a bit too tall and thin for the straps to stay on. I had to add a couple thick rubber bands to clasp the straps narrower on the headreast to make it stay put. That makes the center of it bow out toward the back. It really fits the sony dvp-fx970 immeasurably.

Get what you pay for
This is Most cheap BUT might have done the job had the straps that appropriate to your headrest been closer together to fit smaller headrests. I prepare a 2011 Chevy Equinox and the headrest is like a disconcerted square and the straps on this thing are so far apart. I had to reciprocation.

Stupendous!
This was exact helpful on vacation. The case attached to the back of the have room, so my son would not drop the player or have it on his lap. I was afraid he would descent asleep and it would fall or the battery would get too hot to sit on his lap. Gain, this way he was looking at eye-level instead of straining his neck and looking down. It was also cheaper than other models like this, and it was comprehensible to attach. Not a lot of room for extras, but we just put those in his fraternize bag.

Manoeuvrable and a money saver!
We recently purchased this for our kids for a passage trip. What a lifesaver! A money saver too! We merely had to purchase ONE dvd player and hang it up behind and between the fa seats and all 3 kids could watch it at the same yet. We bought the Belkin headphone splitter for $3.50 so we could chew 3 headphones in. It takes a few minutes to fiddle with the straps so you can get the suitable height and placement but once you get it you are good to go! Would promote this to everyone!!

Enormous Case!
I bought this anyhow to be used on a long 8-hour trip for my daughter (2) and her baby (2). You can hook up the case in between the 2 front seats so more than 1 in the flesh can view the DVD screen. It is easy to hook up. My only con to this transmitter is that it does not stay level when you clasp it up to hang between 2 seats. It remained fairly calm in the car for viewing, but it was tilted down. The bag hinge should depleted a little more so the DVD player weight can be adjusted. For the sacrifice, it's still a good buy!
