50 Lcd Tv?

I yearn for to spend about $1200 for a LCD tv. How much quality, if any, would I be sacrificing if I buy a larger tv for a low-grade price? As opposed to spending more for smaller one. Maker name is not the issue.

It makes my prime spin. A Phillips or Magnavox 50 inch is less than a 40 inch Sony. And they look celebrated. I am always tempted. In the old days, tv's lasted for 20 years, now they wear 3. Read more at www.hometheaterspot.com www.pricegrabber.com

WOW
This was my in the beginning flat screen tv. I have looked at them in stores for years, and knew the "grade" of the image I wanted. I totally took a chance because this one looked saintly, and the price was right.Delivery took about a week, but that was OK with me, they actually made sure it was kept in perfect condition. It was extremely easy to set up... instructions are a little vague relating to putting the TV onto the stand you just assembled. So look at a portrait on here if you can't get it on, the majority of the base needs to stick out the fa of the tv.... a tad hard to line up, but we got it.At first the screen color was way to rural, but the crispness and LARGE screen made it worth figuring out. Tried messing with rinse, color, image, settings, ect. Nothing helped... but got a few settings that would be prodigious for during a party!Anyway, turned out to be the XBox that we were playing a DVD because of. When we took it off and finally got the DirecTV...

Peerless Deal for a Everyday TV.
The big scare shitless anyone looking for a TV will have is the 720p. Won't your TV sustain be ruined? The answer is maybe.First thing to observe is the TVs distance. If you are doing to be watching a TV of this size at lets say 8'or less 1080vs 720 would be evident. >8ft you probably couldn't tell unless you are some kidney of TV guru.Second thing to consider is the content you in view to view the most. Except for your home blu-rays/ploy consoles or some Nexflix, your TV never gets a 1080p input. Your HD guy/dish is 480-720. Hulu is also 720p as is much of Netflix. All that being said, your intended use of the shield will determine if the 720 would affect you. All that being said, unless you contemplate to use the TV for a game room or a home theater, you probably are dainty with 720 as most your content is less than 720.As far as this TV goes, like all plasmas the essence is great and you can't go wrong. The screen, for this price is also kind of thin. The bezel is also...

Chattels choice for the money
Owning a SONY Bravia LCD and a Panasonic Viera plasma I knew I preferred the plasma and evident on this LG 50-inch for its hard to beat worth. I considered it a secondary TV to my larger 1080p Panasonic so didn't form an opinion this one's 720p resolution. After living with it for a few weeks, I'm overjoyed with that decision and I would rate the essence very highly, with a couple minor reservations. Some say you can't ascertain the difference between 720 and 1080, but I definitely can see the person pixels when I'm within a few feet of the screen, and there is a unstable difference on small, sharply edged images, like the ESPN qualify crawl for example. If it's your habit to sit five or six feet from the TV you force want to spend extra for a 1080; but the farther you get from the shelter the less difference between the two. At 10-12 feet this is an but picture, very close to my 1080 Panasonic. The other fuss is that the screen is highly reflective, which can be...

2 things:IPS Photograph quality, and Motion Picture Setting...
As a programmer and a gamer, I be subjected to my share of expensive monitors (just ask my wife!). And the rhythmical LCD TV never satisfy my quality standard; colors are either too cartonish, blacklist is not black, and white is tinted blue. So I have not used plasma as TV. It's warm, have rich actual color, it's perfect for movie night, there is no wrangle there. So for my second TV, which in my study and music office, I want to try something else, since I keep hearing the LED LCD are the bombard nowaday (even most of them still do not look as sustenance like as good plasma to me), the energy usage is low, lame and light. So I try my first LED LCD with this model after researching the latest 2012 models within my "2nd tv" cost out range.Sales person kept pushing LG (got magical wand, apps, thin bezel.....), but for me, IPS is the prestidigitation word. For people who do not know what it is just google "IPS panel", if no constantly, just know this, IPS is supposedly the best panel you can get as LCD panel (I...

So Far, So Reliable!
I picked this TV up earlier this month to ferry the place of a disappointing LED set from another brand, and I couldn't be happier that I made the reversal. This Panasonic model is the sharpest I've ever had and a few sharp adjustments to the picture settings were all I needed to protect a consistently solid (if not better) picture. In a TV, I wanted something that would be noticeably reliable when it came to sports, but also worked leak with movies and other everyday programming together with the occasional video game session, and this TV has certainly delivered on all counts. I'm skilful to see the picture clearly from just about every corner imaginable, with no blurring and only a negligible amount of artifacts.I didn't set out to buy a TV equipped with Internet skill, but it's definitely a nice feature to have. The setup in the elbow-room is such that I don't need the wireless capability and the added expense of an adapter, because I'm skilled to simply connect an ethernet cable to my...

Dear one my new TV!
I irrevocably set out to buy a flat panel TV for my bedroom. I wanted an LED TV because I like the brightness of it compared to other LCD or plasma. I didn't be deficient in a 3D TV and I spent a lot of time looking for a TV without 3D. I don't want to pay premium for it and I won't lay around in my bed with 3D glasses watching a movie so I don't see the site. I did want an internet capable TV to stream Netflix movies. I at one time streamed them through my Wii. This TV does not make built in wireless, but I bought a and it works beautifully. I plugged my wireless router into the adapter and I force four ports to hook up an ethernet cable. I about I get better streaming performance this way. I have watched Netflix not quite every day and never had a problem. The picture is beautiful. I inaugurate that I go back and forth...

Rank mount -- not cheap but low-cost (by design). Like it.
I was skeptical of this mount. Why should this be so budget-priced compared to other mounting kits? I ordered one (due to the guerdon), and prepared to return it if I did not think the mount could traffic in the weight of the 52" LCD TV (Samsung).Once I got it, I understood the sell for. Good low-cost design and built with authentic heavy duty steel.- Two horizontal bars are fill-bearing, and for proper VESA spacing, they be enduring to be parallel and relative distance must be in the right tolerances. These are made of unadulterated steel.- Two vertical bars (in the wall mount) are flimsey, and that's ok. it should be well-made enough make a rectangle box w/ square angles. That's it.- Two vertical mounting (to the TV) brackets are of distressing duty metal. Making this in to two parts (not one), reduction of non-spiritual, but also allows free horizontal adjustment on the TV mount.- By doing the surpassing, the kit is small, uses less metal (and reduce shipping and substance waste)...

Illustrious TV Mount
The Cheetah mount is an unreal value. The mount is amazingly sturdy and very incredibly built. It took me about 30 minutes to piece together the parts out of the box. Then another hour to mount the TV to the slab above our fireplace. I used 4 Quicktap blue masonry anchors to apply the mount to the wall, and it is so secure I could probably recoil from from the TV itself.I was also pleased to find that the mount included all of the armaments (bolts, washers, spacers) that you would necessary to mount almost any VESA compatible flat panel. Our TV is a 52 inch Samsung (750 series) and the bolts I needed were included.Complete, a great buy.

Can't leave it for the price! Cheetah APTMM2B
Unprejudiced installed my 42" Plasma in our bedroom, and here's my shock a resemble:This is actually a high-quality, very brawny mount. When I took it out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised. Now, here is the Keep on being of the story...The directions that come with this kit are medium at best. The pictures are vague, and only after wrangling with this flood in of metal did I figure out how this thing is supposed to be assembled. Oldest of all, the included drywall anchors are NOT drywall anchors at all -- they are masonry mollies, and won't toil with standard residential drywall. Thanks for letting the cat out of the bag me before I put 4 gigantic holes in my wall, Cheetah! So if you're using this in your hospice, here's what you need to do: 1. Assemble the damage on the floor/table/bed/whatever, and make sure it is equilateral. 2. Find the wall studs, and mark them lightly with a pencil. 3. Foothold the mount up on the wall where you want it, and the make secure the holes (not the "obvious" 4 holes)...

$40 merit of plastic garbage
Would not fit on my new 40" Samsung LED or smooth my old 47" Samsung LCD. No directions, just a bunch of odd screws and bolts. Plane if it could fit on my old LCD (still about an inch short) the holes don't line of work up to attach this thing and even if the holes did underscore up, the screws wouldn't even fit.Returned this and got my $40 secretly and came up with an ingenious solution.Buy the for $9.99, (delay me with me), and buy . Be acquainted with WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
For the most instances partly the reviews for this item have been rants everywhere the lack of quality or compatibility of this product.1. Expenditure: Yes, I agree that $40+ is too much for a plastic mount. That's why i gave this memo 4 Stars instead of 5.2. Compatibility: I have a Samsung 47" that seems to be the goal of this items main complaint. But after intriguing the mount out of the box and figuring out how it would fit my television the mount was a inimitable sturdy fit.3. Quality: It seems to be made of the verbatim at the same time high gloss plastic that the Kinect is made from. The legs are tractable but sturdy enough to hold a sensor that is less than 5lbs.I return that lots of item reviews tend to be rants from customers that determine they've been scammed, but aside from the levelled screens that are too skinny to accommodate the top of the mount, this memo fits my TV perfectly. I had even read the "bad" reviews in the presence of getting the item and expected a flimsy disappointment...

Too bad this is the solely option out there
My kinect would receive a much better angle of view if it were on top of the TV very than on the base, but I've got a 3 year old 50" plasma and like others, this commodity won't fit the mounting holes on the back of the TV. It won't expand wide enough to reach the top holes (unless I insufficiency to mount it 6" above the TV, which doesn't have all the hallmarks too safe), and is too short to meet the bottom ones. Telescoping legs or an additional reach would have solved the problem. There aren't that scads mount standards out there so its pretty pathetic that the designers didn't go toe the trouble to see if it fits them--and even more tragic that MSFT approved it anyway. No other election out there, so I'm going to try to jury rig it, but don't bother buying this if you secure a large screen that requires a heavy respect wall bracket.
