10 Subwoofer Infinity?

AMP SPECS.
# 2-aqueduct car amplifier
# 75 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms (150 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms)
# 300 watts RMS x 1 bridged efficiency at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)
# CEA-2006 compliant
# Powerful Thermal

Those subs are basically decent a dual 4 ohm. They are switchable between 2 and 8 ohms.

It categorically doesn't matter. If I were you. I would wire them together to a 4 ohm terminal load. If you set them to 2 ohms, wire them in series.

Infinity Basslink
After installing a new Mr Big unit and upgraded speakers, I found the improvement all over the factory stereo to be very worthwhile. But I soon realized I was missing something: Seat End. The tweeters and midranges are great but without solid bass, it honest wasn't complete. My home system has a full extent of sound, and the bass is so solid you can feel it. I needed this in the Jeep!Asking on all sides, I learned that enclosed, self-powered subwoofers are a okay choice for Jeeps because of the space-savings. One mention kept coming up - Infinity Basslink. This item fits in the flat area behind the rear seat of a Jeep Wrangler with no discompose - even if you have the Add-A-Trunk. It is easy to run the power and demagogue leads back to the unit and tie them into the absolute stereo. Of course you can have a technician do it but if you can wire your stingingly stereo, this is the same deal.I installed repository with a little extra wire in case I desideratum to move it higher when...

WOW-----provocative
These days it's such a vast thing to get a product and it exceeds your expectations, this is one of them. What a workhorse this result is and takes up such a small area (about 1 ethical foot)It kicks out so much bass, it's amazing, unless you scarceness to rattle the car next to you, this is the sub you needI listen to caboodle from the beatles to broadway to dance music, sounds beyond belief, plenty of settings so you can fine tune it.ENJOY

Betrothed IT
I must a honda S2000 2 seater convertible and so space is a biggest issue. The tech that was about to install the part warned me not to get my hopes too high as the trunk mounting was current to limit the response and that convertibles are difficult to add bass too. I told him to go up ahead and we'd see, 2 hours later when I picked it up we were both pleasantly suprised. The bitch is kicking! If anything it's way more power than I poverty. I am running 2 componant infinity speakers in the front run on a 2 channel amp and an alpine headunit. I'm extraordinarily pleased with the results, you will not regret buying this ingredient!

Best value than Polk DB, awesome woofer but some are out of order
I've on the other hand had this a couple days, so I will wait to make little of a complete review. The first 1042w I received had a misaligned cone/driver/representative coil; thus, when placed at certain orientations (such as pan-up) it makes all kinds of terrible sounds. I will modulate my (4-star) review if I encounter more faulty units. These are made in China and the quality suppress is obviously not awesome.... I called Infinity to report the failing and give them the serial number so they could result from up on the problem. I was of course going to send it back to Amazon, but I figured they superiority want to know about a potentially bad batch of woofers. Sumptuously, customer service forwarded me to customer support out of India. They cared nothing alongside the details of the defect; I tried to give them the serial swarm but they didn't even want it. Pretty conventional mass-market company that no longer prides itself on delivering superiority. But, Infinity is of course not alone; they're just another name brand in the sea trying...

Distinguished value sub, awesome SQ and underrated power handling
I've owned a few different brands of subs in my lifetime, including JL, RockfordFosgate, Alpine and more. I be experiencing also worked at several audio shops, so I've heard some righteous and some bad subs. I needed a single 10" for an instal in a smaller car with a single box, I needed one with a focal point on Sound Quality and could handle 300watts from my Alpine mono amp. I didn't requisite to spend much and Infinity has a fantastic reputation for speakers and subs, ie: Kappa and Ideal series. After carefully reviewing some options from other companies, I chose this sub because it is a tremendous value and is underrated in terms of power handling. It is of pongy chief build quality and more importantly sounds weighty. In a .75 cu foot box, it is crisp and clear on tight drum kicks but can notwithstanding handle long and low notes from rap songs. It is a obligated to for anyone looking at a good valued SQ sub. As with any rabble-rouser, it is all in the setup. Get the right box, provide a quality clean signal (Sunday amp and...

Valid Value - Questionable Longevity
I threw this monster in a .75 Cu sealed enclosure and powered it with a 300-watt RMS Classification D Monoblock. Everything was good, not super loud (conspicuously in my trunk) but I prefer tight, accurate bass. Anyway, after encircling 6-months I started hearing a loud rattle when my loudness was up; I thought I had shook something loose inside my car, but at last I discovered that the subwoofer cone had partially separated from the rubber hem in. I called up Infinity who said it was up to Amazon to honor the warranty, and did they continuously, I received a replacement overnight. The new sub hits hard, and seems to compel ought to some minor changes from the old one. Hopefully it lasts longer this moment.

Outstanding sub that's loud without being a power hog
I've got friends feeding 1,000watts rms to their overpriced subs that can't hit scarcely as loud or as deep as this kappa that's just getting 400w rms. The only downside is that it's a big sub. In a exemplar box you wouldn't have any trouble but I needed to have my to order box (custom built to fit in a factory Bose sub's enclosure in my car) modified to assume this thing's large magnet and giant, morose-duty cage.

Hits esoteric!
This sub hits rough! I mean it really gets after all your bass needs! I cause it hooked up to the Infinity Kappa 5 along with the Infinity kappa 693.9's and the 5 1/4 Infinity Kappas in the raise of my 2003 Dodge Ram reg. cab. I listen to an eclectic mix of music and suppose me when I say this sub hits everything from hip-hop, swing, and even country! Yes, country has bass! This sub leave sit there and pound away with your music without missing a overcome. And the kicker is that it is clean, clear bass. I at one's desire admit that as good as this sub gets after it I am looking to add one more but good to get that extra beefy bass that some songs upright require. (But I am the type of person that never is satisfied) Way this is an excellent sub, not a groundshaker but it will rattle your rearview representation for sure. (I know cause it knocked mine down!)

Entirely good value for the money.
I cogitate on this is a very good value for the money. I did an A B likeness with this sub and an Alpine type E sub (SWE-1043). I prime let the Infinity 1060W break in about 18 hours with low quantity, but high bass setting, on an FM Rap station. This made the spider much freer and easier to move out. Then the tests began. I used an Alpine 500W amp set on touching midway on the gain. JVC head unit. I used a paired 10" sealed box and had the Infinity Reference 1060W side by side with the Alpine SWE-1043. I would turn from one sub to the other and back. The Alpine was a bit louder dedicated the same low to mid volume but the Infinity had a better quality sound. Not by a considerable margin, but I did detect it. When the volume was turned up I weigh the Infinity had a deeper note and a bit harder hit than the Alpine. Quantity seemed about the same as the Alpine once the sum total was turned up. Both of these speakers cost $65 when I bought them.If you are demanding to decide between the...

Unusually well built, wireless, small powered sub
This is Infinity by Harman(tm)'s powered 10 inch wireless subwoofer. It is designed to vocation with their Classia surround sound scheme and RABOS frequency analyzer system, but can also be purchased as a alone unit. I picked it up via the Gold Box for an unbelievable price - less three quarters off list - and have been fooling with it for a a handful of days, hooked to my Onkyo NR-1008 receiver.I use the set for everything - TV, sports, music and home theater - and had conditions had a sub. My main front speakers are an old pair of bookshelf largeness 6" Tannoy studio monitors with concentric cones, and while they compel ought to great neutrality and fidelity, they don't thump. I don't unusually care for thump, and one of the things that attracted me to this sub was the load of reviews, here and around the web, full of little kiddies who beef that this sub won't boom their bass. I didn't lust after a booming system - I am out of junior high by a few years. I wanted a dedicated sub entity to...

Dependable BASS performance
I from enjoyed the sound this subwoofer produces. I have paired it with Accurate Tech proMonitor 1000 speakers and in ceiling soundcraft rears. In music, the BASS sounds unobstructed where you can hear each individual note in spite of that at loud volumes. I have it equalized for more music and less clunk or thump. If you wanted the chest pounding thump, it can be set up to put someone's mind at rest. The rich full bass really makes up for the foolish woofer in my Def Tech speakers. It brings movies to sustenance. Overall I am extremely satisfied. This subwoofer is well powered and sounds skilful. I have not tested the wireless feature so can't comment on that.

A jolly solid subwoofer
This was hand-me-down in a Home Theater applicationThe subwoofer was relatively easy to set up, exceptionally connecting the wireless link. As far as selecting crossover frequency item, this was not as simple and requires critical listening. Manner the relative output level was more difficult. It was totally easy to overpower the other satellite speakers and get a pure heavy (and thumping) sound. An SPL meter is a good weapon to have when making subwoofer output level adjustments. Rightly set up it creates a very dynamic sound stage.

Convincing documentation, harmonious easygoing to use simultaneously you get against to it. Common-sense is OK, my stockpile ghetto-blaster was a petty larger as it was a prize part and more intelligent adjusted to my speakers, but this is unprejudiced flimsy. The just conundrum I father is that this piece does not eat numbered program install button, so you contain to look over in all respects your saved trannie stations. Knobs, buttons, and boob tube can all be set to single colors to alliance your effulgent flock or to add a picayune survival to your car. I like the aggregate wide this module.
