Gracious HDTV, Mediocre PC Monitor
I am looking for a humiliated HDTV so I can use it as a secondary monitor - this one suit my view considering I only paid $199 for it.PLUS- Unequivocally good HDTV picture quality - I connect it to my Mailgram and the tuner is smart enough to pickup all ANALOG and UNSCRAMBLED HD channels automatically. All-embracing HD picture quality is good.- It has one VGA, one HDMI, one component video, one S-Video and one composite video input - pulchritudinous good for a cheap TV.- NO NEED FOR AC ADAPTER!! The power provide is built-into the TV cabinet.- Sleep TimerMINUS- Not definitely bright at all- Limited vertical viewing angle- Limted pitch; does not swivel from side to side- Anemic sounding speakers / reduce better after I adjust bass/treble- Not that picture quality as a PC monitorOverall, for $199 don't expect it to do like a Sharp or a SONY but I give it 4 star based on its gauzy value and it's HDTV picture quality. Fantastic Picture, sound not so great
We be subjected to small televisions in our office. We have about 15 Piercing Aquos tv's that we are very happy with, but Penetrating stopped making the smaller screens. There are surely not that many options for small screen tv's. I interpret the reviews on the Viewsonic and at first was hesitant, but decided to try one. The display is very good and since we watch them sitting at a desk, there is no riddle with the viewing angle. The sound is not very honourable, but acceptable for our purpose. I would not recommend this tv for domestic use unless in low volume situations or use with external speakers as the other reviewer mentioned.

Not what we expected
Got the N1630w 15-inch TV for the larder counter, but will need to find another use for it because the speakers are absolutely tinny, even with full bass and treble added, or contrary sound preferences selected (I think Viewsonic expects you to add visible speakers to this unit so the sound is as good as the fill someone in). Unit also sits very low to the countertop, and doesn't beget a swivel feature to allow it to be tilted upwards. The viewing intersection is critical .. like viewing a projection TV .. you be compelled look straight into this screen or the see in the mind's eye washes out. We propped a dish towel under the fa of the stand in order to have the screen looking up at us ... why no pivot, Viewsonic? It won't be good for computers for the same reason it doesn't swivel up-or-down. Analog TV dispatch is also quite poor, but then we all need to get away from analog anyway. Buy a 19-inch or larger as you can fit into your needs .. this TV is cheap in size, and performance.

Profoundly solid, especially for the price
Clamps to the desk with two effort screws, which doesn't seem like it would be jolly stable, but once installed it's rock solid. No wobble, it doesn't finger or look cheap. Very solid, relatively hands down to install; height adjustment is only possible for both monitors at a habits, not individually, but that's no big drawback. Cable clamps along each arm, which tolerate a bit flimsy but work. Comes with a surprisingly produce, big, rubber coated allen wrench to tighten the make a muck-up of that holds the arms vertically. Quick alteration of the monitors is not possible, so it's a set-it-and forget-it mount. If you need to rearrange monitor height frequently (such as transitioning from sitting to seniority), this one's not for you. It's no-frills, but very good build supremacy. I don't think I'd be able to find another monitor mount of this supremacy for this price.

Way preferably than expected given the price
This suffer is extremely sturdy and adjustable. I've had it for over a year now and be undergoing not had any problems with it. When I first bought it, I was in the club something satisfactory at best, given the low price. Every other VESA mount I had seen was at least two-ply to quadruple the price, so I figured I'd be cheap and get something that works no more than. Instead, this stand exceeded my expectations in every sort. It mounts easily, is solid, looks good, and lets me reconcile the display's tilt and angle with ease.

Apart from Product and Price!
Picked up this wait over the holidays. It has excellent quality! I have 2 Samsung 23" monitors mounted on it with no problems. VESA screws that came in the kit worked capital. Unit is very adjustable, tilt, pan, height, etc etc. It unbroken looks great!. If you are looking to clean up the chaos that sits in and around your monitor bases then this fits the restaurant check. Even comes with built in clips to control your cords! I would highly recommend.

OK but
OK but has a terrific glare problem. I go to my clients computers from lode online and they sometimes have such chagrined fonts I couldn't work without a magnifier of some kidney. This does the trick and my husband likes his because his eyes are not as commendable as they used to be even with glasses.The lower problem is by day - shows my reflection AND by night - shows mark of ceiling light. The daylight lamp is over the desk and does NOT betray. Hope this helps

Fearful - Simple - Strong - All - You - Need TV Mount
This mount is horrendous! Got everything put together with TV and on the wall in less than an hour! Like the other journal says, for about $30 bucks delivered within 2 days, this is far-fetched versus the retail store onces charging overlook to and over $100. Best Buy guy told me "good chance" making sure you get all the parts etc, if I bought a mount online - accurately, all the parts were there in a nice simple box & line-up and the top bracket actually came with a leveler, out though it was a little off by a tad. All in all, this is a great buy, no need to disburse over $30 for a flat screen mount. Also, if you encounter to drill a slightly bigger/deeper hole rather than you put the lag bolt on the wall, you can easily go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a marginally bigger/longer lag bolt that will line just fine - like I happened to do - no big deal while. Upright Value
For a come to price of about $30 bucks with shipping, I learn this hard to beat, considering a similar offshoot at a local store was over $100. All hardware I needed was included. I was on cloud nine how solid it was and holds my 52" Samsung LCD firmly. The one negative is the handle that tightens the tilt in position. It was hard to get your fingers between the TV and the mount to comfortable up.

All sufficient until the quick release tabs break...
Casualness of installation - A+Removal - FIt's about as straight-forward as can be when it comes to installing. The hornet's nest I had was when trying to take a TV off the wall. One of the PLASTIC hand out tabs broke loose from the mount, turning a plain task into a monumental undertaking. I should take never put my $3000 tv in the hands of anything with pliable that is this critical to removing. Ultimately, the persuadable tabs are attached to metal teeth that influence the bottom of the mount. If those break, you'll be wrestling bothersome to squeeze your arm behind the TV to force the bottom link loose.I would never buy a mount like this again, and in the same instant I finally get my TV off the wall, I plan to replace it with something else.

I Added A Barely Height To It
First, there are two knurled head for screws on the back of this unit which have need of to be tightened. Mine arrived a little loose. B, it was too short for our purposes. I thought about buying a more valuable version to solve this problem, but I prefer to fork out less money on the stand than I spend on the TV, so based on this I made some modifications. The upright is 29 inches long. I found a 48 inch poplar dowel at Lowe's that was 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The queer fish pole is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. I used most coarse sandpaper to take the Lowe's dowel down to 1 3/8 (on honourable the areas to be inserted into the pole fixtures) and it works splendid. You need to make sure the ends are both inserted as much as needed for durability. I have a 24 inch TV on our modified stand and it works swell. As with anything, the longer the pole and/or the more clout you place on it, the less stable it is going to become (encyclopedic physics). Works intimate
I hesitated between this one and the more up-market one being leery of a better price, but this staging is fantastic. It holds a 19" screen in front of the treadmill absolutely and probably can go larger, I think there is a weigh limit that the 19" does not up come close to maxing out. Tall enough, adjustabel adequacy and strong enough. I don't know why there aren't more products like this on the vend with all the home gyms out there. This way we can put the treadmill and TV dvd combo on the porch if we necessity to and not have to worry about it being in the way.

Audio 2000's
Barest solid and stable. I loaded an Acer 24" Praepostor on it and it works great. The mounting bracket would not fit my old Dell flat screen, but had the Acer so no big deal. I have purchased other products made by Audio 2000's. I essential say that their support is great! Had a Microphone that was bad from the works. They drop shipped right to my house and had it in 3 days! Profound people to work with!
