3d Monitor?

I'm unceasing a very capable system, NVidia GTX 275, Marrow I7, blah blah blah.

I'm mostly looking for a shoddy model 3d monitor that will work with my scheme. Any suggestions?

By "3D" monitor you decent mean a 120Hz monitor so you can buy the nVidia 3D thing and get it working, sound?

I generally like Samsung monitors. Anything that's 120Hz should be gigantic.

Gracious Monitor for the price
Purchased this monitor as an add-on for my trade laptop (Lenovo T510) for home use. Very rigorous picture, after I finished tweaking the settings. I'm using a Pageant port to HDMI adapter cable from monoprice to off this monitor into my laptop. Setup was easy with Windows 7, reasonable plug it in. I did have to spend some time tweaking the vaunt settings to get the picture right. Specifically, if you are using this as a PC monitor (not as a TV) you call to go into the setup menu and change it from AV course to PC mode. This improved the picture quality in the main. Text that seemed blurry became crinkly. You should also tweak the brightness and contrast until it looks merit, as the factory settings can be ridiculous on these things.I'm unceasing it in it's native resolution of 1920x1080. Haven't tried the Samsung software, but I may set this up when I eat some time. Definitely a great buy at $200 on Amazon. One real cons to this product are the tricky rub up against controls on the...

Direct nice monitor
Sharp Review:PRO: By far the nicest, cleanest picture I've ever had using a monitor. Awesome color and clarity, plus supports RGB for older monitors, HDMI for a TV/plucky input, and DVI for a normal computer display.CON: No buttons. Fa touchpanel not friendly to my ogre hands. While you look over this review, you'll think I'm an idiot for having woe turning the thing on and getting it to switch to the right open out (yes, I tried the 'power' and 'Source' buttons). But I equitable might have my comeuppance when you're sitting in face of a darkened monitor that won't display anything. Some fiddling/success rate/time got it working and it's been a champ since.PS: This monitor (at just the same from time to time of review) is listed under 3D monitors on amazon.com. It is not 3D enthusiastic for Nvidia's 3D tech, and at 60Hz, the best you'd get is 30fps 3D, if your graphics birthday card even supports that. However, even notwithstanding that I bought this monitor on the off-chance that it was 3D compatible, I'm hush...

Adroit monitor by Samsung as usual, but worse software ever
I'm giving this monitor an okay because physically, it's a Brobdingnagian piece of work. The colors are great and i use it to play Starcraft 2 and Contemporary Warfare.Size is great for a computer monitor and HDMI and CRT connections to computers is unspoilt. My only gripe, which is kinda of a big one is that Samsung's monitor software doesn't travail.. at least it's completely INCOMPATIBLE with Windows 7. Whenever it is installed on Windows and runs, my computer very much restarts itself every bootup. Thus causing me to not be able to start my computer at all. I had to use system reconstruct and go back to before i installed Samsung's monitor software to fix the dilemma. It would have been a great idea if the software works - to be accomplished to control all monitor settings via computer desktop. but oh wellz. I use it like a regular HD monitor. Amazon offered a great price when i got it. Manure this day, i have not seen a 1080p 24" monitor with commensurate specs at near the...

Eximious 3D gaming monitor
I had recently put together a gaming computer, but was stuck with a 17-inch 720p monitor I had received as a deal out 2 years ago. I couldn't enjoy the full High-Acutance experience my games were meant to display, so I fixed to order a monitor. Seeing as I have had a wonderful experience with pliable 3D televisions, I decided to order this 3D monitor. I ordered a few days in front New Year's day however, and Amazon was out of stock. Seeing as how other sellers were selling the monitor for much more than amazon was selling it, I irrefutable to "reserve" one so that it would be purchased as soon as amazon had it in store. After two days, amazon was finally stocked with it, and the quiet had gone through. I received it much sooner than I expected too. The box it wasshipped in was slightly crushed in one corner, but the box innards everted holding the monitor was in perfect condition. Everything in the description was just now with no missing cables or parts. The passive 3D lens cut short-on is...

LED greatness!!!
I ordered this detail, off because I wanted a new LED monitor with HDMI to use with my pc and adventurous consoles. Add in the 3D capability and I was sold instantly. The color, dissimilarity, size(upgrade from 19 inch) and in bursting 1080p greatness!! 2D display quality is surprising! Far better than the standard HP monitor I was using. 3D display looks immense as well, slight ghosting in some cases. Seems to employment much better with the included TriDef software on the PC than playing games in 3D on PS3, which there is a visible loss in quality. Not a fault of the display, something that is life-and-death for the PS3 to push out 3D video. Overall great item, and I would exceptionally recommend it to anyone looking for a great monitor and the occasional 3D fun.

Well-mannered monitor, but not a good 3D computer monitor
Kingpin summary: optimum 3D viewing distance is about 32" (70 cm). Not shapely for computing. Also, scale the image so it fills the cloak in order for 3D to work at all (I had graphics card issues). Audio is not counting. This monitor might be wonderful as a console gaming monitor. As a 3D computer monitor - not so much. The spin-off descriptions I read didn't warn me about the viewing footage. I'm about 24" from the screen while at the computer. At that haughtiness you get two jumbled images, not 3D. It looks fine another foot or so go. Sadly, that's not a good working distance when keyboard and mouse are complex. My first thought when I unpacked this monitor is that it is weightless. Plugged it in and the drawing is crisp and sharp. Nice. but then... why do I prepare such huge black borders around the incarnation? After much fussing with the controls, installing "panoply drivers" from the included CD (not necessary), etc. I finally inaugurate the "scaling option"...

Ripping Monitor
I recently upgraded to this monitor from an older VX2240. I wanted the 1920x1080 promise and 120Hz for gaming, the 3D is just a bonus. I was not disappointed in the least. This monitor is licentiously and the games I play are noticeably smoother now. The default mise en scene for response time is set to high and I noticed the lowest scene still yielded great performance without color comeback lag of the higher two settings. 3D performance is remarkable, but that's not what I bought this monitor for. The 3D is a trifling dark, but most games have a brightness or gamma regulation that fixes this issue. My only gripe, not mfgr's fault, is that a lot of games have to be played in windowed rage to utilize the 120Hz refresh rate. It's a game over thing that will hopefully be addressed for older games with patches.I would steadily recommend this monitor for anyone looking for a new performance setup.Approach specs:3.0GHz Quad Core @ 3.7GHz4GB DDR...

Gargantuan Monitor... weird touch buttons control
I include done a lot of research on monitors recently and in the end i came up with two momentous monitors:Samsung S23A950D 23-Inch Class 3D LED Monitor -Silver $449.99AndViewSonic V3D245 24-Inches LED 3D-On the brink of Monitor - Black $486.89The Samsung monitor comes with a corresponding exactly design but smaller size and less contrast (5,000,000)The ViewSonic Comes with bigger immensity and more contrast (20,000,000) with speakers ! but it is more costly. However somehow it felt in ViewSonic i am paying for features BUT in samsung it felt that i am paying more for the identify name it self.So i have decided to buy the ViewSonic & WOW it is Bad !! As the other reviewer said horrible test YES but who cares ?! I'm buying The Monitor Not the speakers...One more element the control buttons SUCKS !! very earnestly to understand and too hard to get use to.I would really recommend this monitor & I force update the review when i...

goodness..
bought this monitor and was wonderful excited about it.. first glance was good but then i looked in the mid-section left of the screen and there was a stuck/ dead pixel.. not wonderful noticable but enough to were i am trying to get a new one... other than that pixel cause c which happens a lot on nowadays technology, the imagery is astounding.. i got the nvidia vision 2 glasses with it so now i can compare 1 and 2.. although it says 120 hertz resuscitate rate, if you r running through an 3d full hdmi wire, to play games it has to be 1920-1080 at 24hrtz 1280-720 at24hrtz.. i have in mind its like that with all hd 3d monitors.. or just because im match it through a full hd hdmi 3d cord.. still its wonderful picture quality.. no height adjustment but nearly interminable angle adjustment so that defienantely makes up for the no peak adjustment. I would definantely recommend this monitor.. i don't judge devise anyone else will have the issue with the pixels... i pencil-thin it was a fluke.. overall its a great monitor for 3d and...

Original Impressions- Superb 3D Value, though mediocre 2D
I was not quite ready to buy a GTX 460, a Nvidia 3D vision kit, and the Asus 23.6" 120HZ 3d monitor. This would prepare totaled to $640, ($490 if you have the proper card already). The Asus wasn't unbiased back-lit LED.Instead at the last minute I saw this, strangely without any reviews. I looked more into it, and evidently it was a new release, and some review on Newegg said the 3d looks stimulating, so I took the risk and went ahead. Total expense $300 (the price seems to fluctuating up and down). The biggest con is there only isn't so much information about it online. The funny fashion is, I still don't know some important details, which I devise go into.PROS:Hands down, the cheapest way to get into 3d gaming, 3dwise the value doesn't get any haler than thisThe 3D Looks GOOD, no flickeringLED Backlit saves energy1080p explication, cinema aspect ratio (i.e. no bars on Hulu)Comes with TRI-Def (3d conversion software...

Promising monitor with some ghosting in 3D
This monitor has a identical bright screen with what I would review are pleasing color renditions. Other reviewers be enduring rated it average for rendition, but compared to my old monitor it was good. I bought the monitor predominantly because it was an inexpensive way to get 3D, and as such it certainly is one of the least high-priced 3D options. It works just fine with my AMD processor and built in GeForce 9100 video processor.I tried both the included 3D glasses and ReadlD 3D glasses and both appeared to vocation. But the RealD glasses produced much more ghosting. The 3D essentially reduces the vertical purpose from 1080 to 540 pixels. This produces palpable black lines when viewing with 3D glasses. In counting up very small 2D text is not very readable. Non 3D subject-matter on the icons looks indistinct and hazy. It is possible to sit behindhand far enough to get rid of the black lines, but then you may be too far to use the keyboard indisputably. The black lines and low resolution were not visible to...

Be cautious: You can't buy more glasses... But it will work on a Mac.
This is a Dialect right long review, so let me bring an import issue up face. This monitor comes with 1 pair of glasses and 1 pair off of clip-ons, and as of the date of this review (early Taken in 2011) you cannot buy more of these same glasses, at least not from any bigger retailer like Amazon, nor as a replacement part from LG. When contacted just about this, LG Customer Service has told me and other LG monitor owners to buy the replacement LG TV glasses as opposed to. But they are not compatible with this monitor. More details hither this below.* Summary:The LG D2342 is a competent 3D computer monitor that uses gentle glasses technology to display stereographic images. With aptly processed JPEG files, it is possible to display 3D up till images on this monitor using a non-Windows computer (Mac, Linux, etc.) because specialized computer equipment driver software is not required. This monitor is also the immaculate companion for use with the free StereoPhoto Maker bearing for editing...

Supreme 3D monitor with Full HD resolution
I bought this monitor merely to pair it up with the nVidia 3D vision gaming. I considered the following to upgrade my 22" Samsung 206BW -* Samsung 2233 3D monitor - too overpriced and only 1 DVI input* Viewsonic 3D monitor - too expensive and only 1 DVI input* Alienware 3D monitor - way too expensiveI needed something to acquitted up my Xbox360 and PC to and play in 3D. This was the answer for $100 more than the Samsung/Viewsonic and consummately worth it - you get FULL HD resolution - 1920x1080 [ vs 1680x1050 from Samsung/Viewsonic ], you get 24" ( 23.6" technically ) [ vs 22" ], you get 3 ( yes, THREE ! ) inputs [ 1 dual-tie-in DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 VGA vs 1 DVI from Samsung/Viewsonic ], Extra an audio out cable so you can send the HDMI audio signal to worth external speakers, AND it has external controls for all settings, separate from the Samsung/Viewsonic so its easy to adjust. All this means, the Acer is a uncommon value over the Samsung/Viewsonic anyday...

When it works its proficient.
Hi,I solely got this, and let me tell you is an awsome monitor, Size, looking and 3d is awsome good with this LCD.Regrettably mine came with 2 Pixels dead, one evermore is green and the other one is black, I read warranty and says it sooner a be wearing to be more than 4 pixels IN THE SAME PLACE to behove a valid warranty claim. Ok this is not a big issue anyway, 2 dots dont baby a huge diferences, they are just annoying.2 weeks later, The monitor start having other issues, purely half screen turns on, or it become a full rural screen and doesnt change, you need to turn it off and on again until it works.Im starting the pledge process to see what happens at the endThey told me it was orthodox since this LCD's are 120Hz you need to let them animated about up sometimes is what they told me.I hope this dont ends in a even pieces of garbage broken and unable to claim to anyone. If this issues peacefulness being fixed by turning off and on the...

Finally worth the money!
I lucked out and got this belle on sale for just over $300.....a savings of once again $70 from everywhere else! I bought this monitor to surrender my PC the ability to display 3D using nVIDIA's 3D Vision kit (also purchased from one end to the other Amazon). The monitor I was replacing was an Acer X233H, so I really didn't mark a big change in screen size. But with this monitor having a 120 Hz breathe new life into rate the images are crisper and graphics look magnificent (and that's when viewing in 2D)! Works great with the 3D kit, although using the 3D glasses cuts the brightness ingredient by about 1/2, so you will need to up the gamma standing (if possible) when playing games in 3D or adjust the monitor brightness train. Can't wait till more movies are available in 3d Blu-ray, although that resolve mean getting a Blu-ray DVD ODD for my PC (and maybe a projector since there are so uncountable that are compatible with the nVIDIA 3D system). I was debating between this monitor and the Alienware 3D monitor, but getting this one for legitimate over...
